If TermBuddyAgent isn’t running, launch TermBuddy again. It’s ok to close TermBuddy at this point.

  2. Select your computer in the sidebar and make sure “All Messages” is selected. Console
  3. Press the Start button, or Start Streaming.
  4. Launch TermBuddy to make sure TermBuddyAgent launches, switch to or launch the Terminal app, and try to trigger the issue. This will (hopefully!) print some output to the Console.
  5. Return to the Console, press Pause in the toolbar, and select the recent error messages from the main window, or from the Menu Bar choose Edit > Select All.
  6. From the Menu Bar, choose Edit > Copy. Then, open the TextEdit application and Paste the copied logs into a new plain text document.
  7. Save the text document in .txt format, and put it somewhere you can share, such as Dropbox or iCloud Drive and share it with me via Twitter DM.
